I've spent time working in trading and sports prediction. More generally, I like to think about strategy and decision-making under uncertainty. I like beliefs expressed as probabilities expressed as bets.1

I love to be on the steep part of learning curves. I'm making this website in order to facilitate this in 2 ways:

  1. It will force me to articulate ideas I have more clearly.
  2. A reader (like yourself!) may read something that you find interesting, which may begin a conversation that will lead to more learning.
